東京在住のベテランアーティスト、Ian o'Brienがニューアルバム「Understanding Is Everything(OTLCD1965)」をリリースします。前作「A History of Things to Come(大傑作)」から実に12年ぶり!! 日本人プロデューサーKuniyuki Takahashiが参加。Herbie HancockやLonnie Liston Smithのカバー作など、今回もフューチャー・ジャズ路線を貫いているようです。2013年8月21日発売予定。
